Address Book

The Address Book contains contact information in a central register. These contacts can then be assigned to various assets as required.

 

The Address book can be accessed from the Tool menu.

Add a New Contact

To add a new Contact:

  • Click the New Contact icon
  • Fill in the Contact Details and Save

Import Multiple Contacts

  • Click the Data Import icon to open the Import Manager and select the Data List required.


  • Select either an Existing Exchange Profile or create a new profile and select Next, if this is the first time you are importing contacts, you will need to select the Create new profile option.


  • Select the import worksheet and click Next.


  • Map the fields from the import file to the appropriate myData Asset Fields and click Next.


  • This will complete the import wizard. Click Finish to complete the wizard. The following screen will appear:
